The Keep On Dreaming Up Pillars

We are all on this earth to live the unique expression of our life and success. In the pursuit sometimes the purposeful nature of that inner expression gets superseded by the demands of out there in the world. Success shouldn’t come at a price but often it does. So we have this opportunity to create conscious self awareness and equip ourselves with the right tools to come into alignment.

That alignment is what creates a better existence in life, love and leadership.

The thing is, we often need anchoring and help to flip the disconnection and distraction caused by the outer demands. To relieve the focus on MORE AND MORE and the mechanisms that are designed for the outside world and not for your authentic ones. So we peel away the layers to uncover the truth.

For a lot of people that are accomplished, those layers can mean striving and feeling like something is missing. I want to commend you though, taking a piece of the big success pie and being a true visionary is remarkable. What you deserve in the face of that and your teams for that matter, is to also thrive. 

The work should lead to an aligned rich life. 

To feel your impact ripple in ways that light up your soul.

To have relationships that fuel you and adventures that are totally aligned with your desires.

To have presence and receive it all so the constancy of your drive that is inherent to you.

To creating fulfillment and not just constant churn like a never ending vortex.

To create a vessel that fills to overflow.

So burnout isn’t your journey and your wellbeing is never sacrificed. To be magnetic and even more in the flow opportunity. When you are cut off from the source that is YOU - you actually work harder and block yourselves. Think of a leader whose employees are afraid to approach them, does this ever lead to actual growth? No, it blocks the flow of expansion and creates 10x more stress. Same idea. 

I also believe that the move into this version of success, should have strategy and systems and a strong foundation so that the “magic” is sustainable and embodied. It should all meet you not just when life is good but also when it’s messy.

It’s a new baseline for success and impact, one that you deserve.
