Sharing in community fosters lasting and feel good connection. It helps us to feel like we belong as we are witnessed in our shared experiences. I love to gather people intentionally in memorable ways and have for 15 years now.

Cyclical Living & Energetics

Using the seasons, the moons, the natural rhythms and wisdom of the nature to help us reconnect with our true selves . To look at life through a non linear lens and collect all the tools and resources that help us align. This is probably one of the most profound and impactful resources I have discovered on my path so I share it with everyone who will listen. I also love to use the energetic systems together with the cycles to really tune in fully to our capacity to shift intentionally and to best integrate this experience.
