    Each month’s gatherings are intentionally consistent. All of the experiences create opportunities for growth, inner awareness, learning, uplifting and connection. We want you to anticipate them each month and see them as part of your life and business success and well being practices. While they remain linear your expansion is sky high.

The Dream Up Club experience creates connection and growth in a variety of engaged ways.

We dream up, fail up to pivot quickly, celebrate wins, learn and cultivate aligned inner strength and awareness.

Each season and session has been curated intentionally with the goal of both relational, personal and professional expansion.

Some sessions will be community wide like Golden Hour co-working and some cohort based. Your cohort will be an assigned group of up to 9-18 people that will attend sessions, expand and evolve together. Your business besties.

Here is a hint of what a Dream Up or F*ck Up session entails.

We begin with a self-awareness practice—be it meditation, breath work, mini workshop, or gentle movement—to ground ourselves and intentionally tune in.

Then we move into the juicy part of the session. At this point each individual is granted an uninterrupted moment to share their current experience, centred around either dreaming up (calling in our wins) or fucking up (reflections on challenges and how to shift them). This form of sharing with active listening holds immense power, as it encourages connection among peers who understand and relate to each other’s journeys. It’s so rare that people just listen while we speak and give us the space to do so.

Also, when we express our dreams and challenges out loud in community, the result is big magic.

We quickly learn that words are spells.

We then close with a collective discussion.

This is all guided by experienced facilitator.

I have been creating intentional spaces, events and gatherings since 2006. Taking a value added approach that brings inner awareness and strategy together to create lasting growth and make big magic.

I have witnessed the tremendous excitement and impact community creates and realized there is a global experience waiting to emerge from that experience culmination. So Dream Up Club was born.

Always aiming for any experiences I create to be memorable, value driven, simple, sexy (KISS) and impactful. That help us to grow, connect and succeed while living a rich life in our fullest expression. In my 49 years, I have witnessed the good, bad and magic of business.
