HOW THIS WORKS
I’m a business advisor which means I am committed to ongoing support and investment in you.
Our first step will start with a 1:1 business mapping session to draw out your business ecosystem together and identify inefficiencies, places to streamline and opportunities. I can then make my recommendations and how best we can work together and the cadence that best suits your needs and budget of course.
I take a holistic approach to my work so we look at some lifestyle goals as well too so everything is cohesive and reflects your goals.
This is probably something you have been considering and now you are answering the call, so let’s dive in.
The truth is whether you are established, purchasing an existing “boring business” you want to update or just starting out, you have probably gone into overwhelm once or twice and thought, if only the right person came along to simplify this process for me.
HIRE ME BEFORE YOU HIT A WALL, NOT AFTER.
I take a no BS approach to my work so I will always be empathetic but also direct about what needs to change and cheerlead the things you do well already. I have been a trusted confidante to founders and entrepreneurs for many years and worked in a number of industries from construction to travel. So have seen the intricacies and needs of different business styles.
I also grew up in business so it’s a natural for me and I love it a little too much…between us. You want an advisor who is a bit obsessed with your business, right?
So now what? I have 3 offer types.

10 Sessions for $2500 to be used within 6 months with an agreed upon schedule.
Only qualified for this after initial ecosystem mapping meet
Used for - check ins, implementation where needed, ongoing mentorship and recommendations and reporting where applicable.
We will have a shared doc where our ongoing work lives and the notes from our calls and meetings.
These can also be purchased once you have completed the Savvy package timeline.

Min 3 months
This package includes the onboarding session (this can take about 3 or so hours) and also the strategic business mapping report and recommendations.
90 min weekly mentor calls
Any research and recommendations for your systems, marketing and opportunity discovery i.e. calling suppliers and gathering pricing and service intel for your upgrades and suppliers.
This can also include HR recommendations.
Mapping your customer journey
Ongoing text/voice note support (the magic and big questions happen in between sessions) during “office hours”.
If you are local, this can include in person visits.
Reporting at the end of the quarter.

Monthly retainer available after the initial package.
3 month minimum.
Helps with implementation and not getting lost in your business after our container ends in the initial quarter.
I recommend this for the rest of year one that we work together so we see a cycle through and establish protocols for all seasons, or for at least 3 more months after the initial quarter.
Includes 6 sessions a month + the in between access to me.
If you are local, this can include in person visits.
Reporting at the end of each quarter and ongoing recommendations in a shared file.
Note: these are suggested packages, everything will be customized to you. We can start with the Savvy package then have quarterly maintenance for instance so you have ongoing support. There are options and I think a bespoke approach is really important.
If you are a new business or one that is upgrading an existing one with a “start up” mentality, and I may also offer to invest in you.
I also have a wide network of specialized people from social media to IT support that I can recommend and pull from to service your business.
