Step 1: Business Mapping Session We'll spend about 3 hours mapping out your entire business ecosystem together—from your current tech stack to your customer journey, pricing models, and operational workflows. I'll identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, missed opportunities, and what's actually working well that we should build on.
Step 2: Strategic Recommendations & Custom Plan You'll get a comprehensive business mapping report with my specific recommendations for your situation. Whether you're starting from scratch or overhauling existing systems, your solution will be tailored to your unique business, budget, and goals.
Step 3: Implementation & Ongoing Accountability This is where the support really starts to happens. I stay invested in your success with regular mentor calls, implementation support, ongoing research and recommendations, and the kind of between-sessions support where the magic and big questions actually happen. Think of me as your business accountability partner.
